Low-glycemic Breakfast Is This A Good Weight Loss Diet?

Is this a good weight loss diet? - low-glycemic breakfast

Even if a good diet to lose weight? I'm trying to drop 10 pounds for mid-June

Breakfast: 3 scrambled egg whites cooking spray oil, 1 cup mixed vegetables with vinegar, apple juice

Lunch: 3 ounces roasted chicken breast without skin, 1 cup mixed vegetables with vinegar, apple juice

Dinner: 3 oz lean broiled fish, 1 cup of cooked vegetables with 1 spray-glycemic not-fat free cooking spray

Snack: 1 tbsp whey protein powder friction with 8 ounces of almond milk without sugar

FYI I am both the gym several times a week and waiver of refined carbohydrates, dairy, sugar, or any. I only drink black coffee, unsweetened green tea or water, soda or nothing.
